Office Interior

A Riyadh office interior where warm timber-slatted walls, patterned glazed partitions, and a restrained grey palette define a composed executive workspace.

Overview

About this project

The design organises the office across distinct zones — a central conference area, an executive workstation, and a reception lounge — held together by a consistent material register of dark-stained timber veneer panels, grey modular carpet, and white plaster ceilings. Warm-toned wood slats run vertically across walls and repeat as ceiling battens in the primary room, with integrated linear lighting set flush between them to produce an even, directional wash rather than harsh downlighting.

Glazed partitions define internal subdivisions without closing the floor plate; in one room, floor-to-ceiling fritted glass with a geometric lattice motif filters views between zones while preserving daylight transmission. Horizontal blinds on the perimeter windows manage Riyadh's intense solar gain, moderating glare across the workspaces without relying on deep overhangs. The material palette — dark leather upholstery, brushed metal accents, polished dark-stone desk surfaces — reads formally while remaining functional for a professional setting.

Pioneer Landmarks led the full scope of interior design and construction for the project, translating the spatial programme into a coordinated set of built elements, furniture layouts, and bespoke joinery details. The result is a workplace that carries a consistent visual weight across all rooms — deliberate in its restraint, attentive to occupant comfort, and suited to the expectations of a Riyadh corporate environment.
