Electrical Engineering

We design power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems for reliable, energy-conscious operation. Load calculations, distribution layouts, lighting design, and life-safety and data infrastructure are coordinated with the architecture and the other engineering disciplines to keep risers, plant, and routes clear of conflict. The result is documentation that contractors can build from and operators can run efficiently for the life of the building.

How we work

Electrical design starts from a connected-load assessment and demand schedule that sizes the incoming supply, transformers, main distribution, and standby generation. We develop single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and cable sizing with proper attention to voltage drop, fault levels, and discrimination, so the installation is safe, compliant with the Saudi Building Code and SEC requirements, and able to grow with the building.

Lighting is designed for both performance and atmosphere — illuminance levels, glare, and energy use are calculated room by room, with controls and daylight linking to reduce consumption. Alongside power and lighting we engineer the LV and ELV systems: structured cabling and data, fire alarm and detection, CCTV, access control, public address, and BMS interfaces, each laid out and coordinated against the architecture.

All routes, risers, containment, and plant spaces are coordinated in BIM with the mechanical and structural models to keep cable trays, busbars, and panel rooms clear of conflict. We document the design to a level contractors can install from and facilities teams can operate and maintain efficiently.
